Read the product description: RGB flashes continuously
The lights are quite pretty. But the RGB do flash all the time. That's a problem for the kids room. My own fault for not reading carefully. I am concerned that they are fairly warm to the touch. I am sure I can find another project for them because they are fun.

Wire is snapped
I open the box and I test to see if the lights are working....some of them won't work.... And I notice that a wire came snapped. I'm really upset that this happened, because this doesn't seem like it would be an accident. Can I have a refund or a replacement?
