Best, most helpful book I have read in a LONG time!
I don't usually write reviews. I have been having some issues I have been trying to work through lately and knew I needed to "get out of my head." There are a lot of books out there when you Google "books" "get out of my head". I started another one until this one arrived. The author is very straightforward, down to earth, and helpful. I really felt like he truly wants to help the masses with what he knows. He does use some profanities, so if you are sensitive to them, it may not be for you. He uses them for emphasis, which I appreciate. He provides real, practical tools to help you navigate through life and make the most of it. AWESOME and easy read.

One of my favourite books ever!
**"Unfu*k Yourself: Get Out of Your Head and into Your Life"** is a no-nonsense guide by Gary John Bishop that helps you break free from self-imposed limitations. With practical advice and straightforward language, this book empowers you to take control, change your mindset, and live the life you truly want. Very very limited
I got to page 134 and couldn't anymore. Honestly, try it for yourself of course, but I chucked it into recycling, couldn't bring myself to gift it to anyone. This book has no essence, some good ideas, yes, but no concretes, and if you're an evolved human it will probably be simply draining and insulting. ALL he talks about is losing weight, getting a better job, career and relationship. No deviations. If you're overweight, you're unhealthy (no medical tests required, right?), if you're not climbing to the top, then you're not living. This is a perfect book for our sick societies, it's true, but for anyone spiritually inclined (or even just truly human), it's probably going to be exhausting. Give it a try if you must, but I'd say save your money and get a million other books that are out there and can actually help you help yourself.

A good and helpful book
This book has helped me slowly get my life back on track, the brutal honesty of this book makes it stand out from other self help books.
