Bought this for my MIL for Christmas and she wears it all the time, looks adorable. She wore it on her cruise with peppermint on it so she didn't get sea sick.

This necklace does hold oils and diffuses them nicely. However the chain is long and can get in the way it tangled. The metal is okay quality and a little pricey for what you get.

The scent isn't as hard to penetrate as some of the other reviews make it seem. I put a few drops on and let it sit on a soy sauce dish for a few minutes and the scent lasted the whole day. I think it'd last longer if I let it steep longer. The length of the necklace is great for those not blessed with tiny little necks.

The beads don't exactly absorb essential oils like a sponge - they did feel quite oily after applying a few drops. However, they did do the job I purchased them for, emitting a nice, subtle scent in an unobtrusive way. This is not an expensive-looking item, but it comes nicely packaged and it was exactly what I was expecting.

I've been wearing this necklace around 2 weeks now and so far I love it. It doesn't soak up my oils like I thought, but it holds the scent a long time. I used 2 drops when I got it and it still gives off scent today. I take it off a night; the intergrity of the chain is still holding well. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The necklace is beautiful, and I will continue to wear it for aesthetic looks! However, it either is not real lava or has some sort of coating on the beads that doesn't allow the essential oil to be absorbed. The oil just runs all over the place.

Beautifully made. Absorbs essential oils well for an all day wear. I catch myself holding it up to my nose and smelling it regularly.
