Used it to make African Fermented Pap
Fermented with other grains - millet, sorghum, cloves and ginger. My Ogi/ Akamu came out splendid. Stepped it down with Akara. Yuuummy.

my mistake
I was looking for shelf stable corn for my veggie soup this it for grinding up for cornmeal, not really what I was looking for but I did grind some up and put in my soup as a thickner.
