Just what I needed it.
Perfect size for what I need it for. I wish it would had come with a handle or knob to open it, because otherwise it would had been difficult to open and access the braker, in my case. Thankfully, because it was plastic, I was able to drill a little hole and put a screw to be able to open it easier and that made it perfect. It was definitely an improvement, and I'm happy on how it turned out

Hinge Aspect is Great
I really like this model, on a hinge. Other versions I've used, require popping-out the cover component with a screwdriver. Easy install. Its great, perfect for my application (to access HVAC damper control).

Plastic vent, with access panel
We had a water leak and cut into our ceiling to see pipes! Instead of repairing the drywall we snapped this vent in place. It’s in a storage room, and allows us access the o that ceiling area, over and over!

Easy to install
It was just as the photo is, and very easy to install. It took me a minute to figure out to open the "door", but that is easy too.

Perfect Cover for a Large Drain Access
Worked just great to cover a large drain access hole. All local stores only had round covers that required a hole drilled into the pipe plug to mount the cover. This worked much better. Despite what some of the reviews say, it's made of sturdy plastic and painted up nicely. I did have to grind down one side to fit my hole, but the door is still sturdy and opens easily. Would buy again, for sure.

Works, but Cheap looking.
Really Flimsy, especially the hinges. I think most folks would want something slightly more robust in a finished space. Door leaves about 1/8" gap around the edges.
