Anadin Extra Soluble Aspirin, Paracetamol and Caffeine, Pack of 12

Best I’ve used so far for pain relief. Take two when I feel a migraine coming on and takes the pain away during the vision problems etc. Works for me.

This is my go to for any sort of pain problems, a mixture of Aspirin and Paracetamol in dissolvable pill form, this is actually the recommended way to take Aspirin, the benefit of this is that it is absorbed into your blood stream quicker, have used these for longer than I care to remember, Important restrictions apply as to how much you can take with both Aspirin and Paracetamol products Only down side is they are rather expensive for what you get, £4+ for a packet of 12 pills , almost double the price paid pre Covid but if you want quick all round pain relief this is my go to Aspirin is also known for its Non Steroidal anti Inflammatory qualities
