**Q: Is thers any warrenty on this bag parts ,  can i get handle to purchade?**
A: There is a lifetime limited warranty, but this does not apply to normal wear & tear, misuse, neglect. For complete details, they said to call 800-457-2838 or send email to kcwarranty@herit.com. Hope that helps.

**Q: Can the wheels be replaced?**
A: I bought Kenneth Cole on September 3, 2020. Durability: Not durable! 
Wow, in just 4 weeks the wheels wear down easily! It's some kind of a hard plastic wheels, very low quality!

**Q: "Can it be used as a side roller? I mean while walking does it roll next to you?"**
A: Yes.  It has 4 wheels.

**Q: can it fit a 17.3 inch gaming laptop?**
A: The computer is supposed to go in the middle pocket, but it was a tight squeeze, so I bought an extra sleeve and put it in the back pocket. It fits perfectly.
