This stuff is great. I also use this brand of lotion, but the roll on is easier to apply so my hands don't get the lotion on them, and I like that this is easier to toss in my bag. I use the roll on more for my neck, shoulders, and upper back for relief from tension and sore muscles after working on the computer all day. It helps with some types of headaches as well. Both products work well, this form is just more convenient sometimes.

It has been so helpful and feels great for relieving tired sore feet! I’ve also used it on my neck, knees, and lower back. Recommending it to others. It was recommended to me to keep in my bag during a convention for all the walking.

Much more convenient than a sitz bath. Easy to apply, not messy, eases pain.

I got the soothing muscle lotion and the roll on as a set. Although the lotion is nice, I love the roll on. It is just so easy to use and easily reaches hard to get yo places on my back. I am sold on this product and have noticed pain improvement. Love it!!!

Seen this on a daytime show.. we all know how beneficial epson salt is but in a roll on?? Well, let me tell you this stuff does work really well. You just have to let it dry.. it’s non scented which is good.

I really wanted to like this Epsom-It roll-on lotion, but it was a letdown. Instead of absorbing smoothly, it leaves a noticeable white, chalky film on my skin that feels sticky and uncomfortable. I also didn't feel much relief from muscle stiffness, even after several uses. The roll-on idea is convenient, but the texture and lack of results make it hard to recommend.

Works well on sore feet, and restless legs.

After suffering nerve pain and inflammation to back of knee for some months and using anti inflammatory creams and.painkillers, I decided to give this a try based on reviews. Not sure if its a coincidence, but after using twice a day over a period of time, the nerve pain is almost gone. I still have wear and tear in my knee and its still stiff and uncomfortable, but the horrible throbbing nerve pain is gone after many many months.
