Exercise balls are something that many people find useful for either straightforward exercising, or as an alternative to a chair.My wife, last year, had back surgery (herniated disc), from which she is still recovering, and still suffering considerable discomfort. She finds sitting too long causes pain, and uses this (alternating between chair and the ball) for working. She works from home, so uses this whilst sitting at her desk.This clearly isn’t, or shouldn’t be seen as, a magical cure for aches and pains etc; but it is helpful, and means whilst sitting, you can gently rotate your bottom / hips which is something that is recommended by her Physiotherapist / Consultant.This is very well-made with good thick rubber that is grippy on floors, and very strong once inflated.The ball does come with a manual foot pump, which seems fine. However, this is a big item to inflate manually, and I used an electric pump, which had this inflated in a couple of minutes, no problem at all.All in all, a pretty decent product that is strong and robust – very good quality, no complaints.I hope that you have found this review to be helpful.

I have been using balls like these for sometime. I use them as a chair when I am on the computer - it improves my posture and helps build core strength. This means that I don't get the back pain that I would otherwise suffer from after sitting at my desk for a prolonged period.My pervious ball was a little too small and I had to put a biscuit tin underneath to jack it up- this one, at 75cm, is just right, and that makes a big difference to how it functions.The ball is very strong, the thick rubber holds the air well and I have not had to pump up. It comes with everything that you need to pump it up (a fairly flimsy hand pump - but it works so it is all you really need).

This is a simple and no-frills exercise ball that can be purchased in 4 different sizes. I opted for the 75cm ball as I am 6ft tall and felt I needed something pretty large in order to give me enough motion travel during some of the exercises I do.It comes with an included small manual hand/foot pump, but I’m of the mind that this is probably not worth including for the majority of people. The included pump is a bit of a waste of time if you ask me as it is quite feeble. I have a much more capable bike pump, or an airbed pump - the latter of which I used to inflate this ball.It seems well made and so far after 3 weeks of use it hasn’t gone down at all, and it’s getting plenty of use from its home in our garage amongst an assortment of other home-workout equipment.

Being 37 weeks pregnant i get a very sore pelvis in the evening and the only thing that gives me pain relief is bouncing on this ball. It is very well made and sturdy as I really do bounce on it and I am currently not light!I couldn't do without this ball in these final weeks.Highly recommended for pregnancy pain relief.5 stars.

I am so impressed with this. Got it due to a bad back and for the first time in years I can honestly say I am pain free for most of the day. I followed instructions on how best to use it and its been amazing
