What is the maximum working pressure to which it can be pressurized? Can it be safely pressurized to 150 psi?

The bottle says max pressure is 200 psi, I regularly fill it to 150, no issues

does it have an attachable wand?

The Sure Shot Sprayer does not come with an attachable wand, however, it does come with a multi purpose nozzle.

Can this sprayer handle light grease?

I doubt it. You might be able to spray a light machine oil, maybe an SAE 5 or 10 at the most. The fill hole is about 1/2" which would make filling with grease quite difficult.
