Overall good and nice
It is very tasty and nutritious.Bought for my kids as it is in chocolate flavour and providing energy too. Good for teen ages and can also used by others as it is protin powder. Taste is good. Try it as it is made in India. Packing and description in the box is nice and detailed.

Content not fully filled
The product is not bad but the packaging is misleading. The box looks huge while the powder in itself not even filled up to half of the container.

Please check protein tag before buying. 13+ yrs age segmented apparently has 2 varieties. One is 12g protein and other is 13g protein. The price is also different. I got confused and bought the 12g protein pack
