I purchased this replacement hose because I melted the original one that came with the Craftsman Shop vac. ( no, I don't want to tell you what I did to melt it....) It fit well, the fittings are correct with no leakage, and the extended length is just so much better when cleaning the car. You don't have to move the shop vac every time you move to another section. So far it has been working very well and is as good as the original with fit, finish, and overall quality.Good purchase. Good price for the quality!

This was a replacement for the original vacuum hose that had become kinked and no longer provided the needed performance. This hose has difference adapters to allow it to fit multiple vacuums. Mine needed the 2 1/2 inch hose and it has worked perfectly. The additional length has been very handy and makes it easier to use without having to pull the vacuum around the project. I have been very pleased with the value, quality and performance of this product.

Seems to be good quality, only used a couple times so far. Fit my older Ridgid vacuum perfectly.

I've had this hose for about 2 weeks and so far it's performed well. There is a slight loss of suction versus the original craftsman hose, which might be good: When the old hose was in good shape and the shop vac filter was new or just cleaned, it sucked up everything to the point of clogging itself up. This hose is just great for all normal yard and shop cleanups. Not quite as sturdy as the original hose which is why I'm only assigning 4 stars for now-if it's still going strong in a year, I'd raise it to 5 stars. Decent value for the money.

this fit my craftsman vacuum very well. There were a couple of adapters that I did not need. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have plated a lot of trees on my lot and usually mulch the leaves with the mower. I waited too long to start and was just plowing leaves. I used my Leaf Blower/Vacuum but would fill a bag in less than a minute. With this I am able to vacuum leaves for at least15 minutes before I have to empty my 45 gallon bin. I just need a bigger bin!

Seems to be decent quality. However the connectors will not fit my Craftsman 16 gal shop vac. One connector is too large and the other is too small. Their large one is abt 2 5/8" but I need abt 2 1/4" dia. Delivery was prompt however. Unless they can send me the correct connector I will have to return it.
