Yes. 1 pack is 1 hard stack , 2 pack is 2 hard stacks, etc. I believe they sell up to 9 in a box. And the bottom does not open up so no chance of the Funko falling out the bottom.

How strong is the UV protection on the protector? Is there a percentage?

I would not know. the only way I know it is there is when you move the funko in the sun with the protector it looks like some polarized glass.

Is magnet tape strong enough to hold these cases on the wall? Or are they too heavy and will fall off?

I would say yes, but consider what you put in it. if its heavy i would put it on a little shelf to be safe. But the box is light itself
