Great product, great brand
Absolutely enjoy using this dryer. Never had an issue. Dries my clothes. In fact, it feels like my clothes come out steamed and unwrinkled. Love the LG brand.

Absolutely horrible
I don't know how anyone can use this and rate it 5 stars (or anything over 1). It takes 2.5 hours to dry a load. Setting up a line outside would probably be close in time. The only defense I will give this dryer is that this was an Electrolux that worked exactly as poorly. Apparently no one can build dryers anymore. Get your old one fixed.
