Works for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product after you know... *by F***N on 12 February 2015* This is a very high quality product with some caveats; There is a very tight fit between the quick release of the MIC stand adapter portion to the VESA mount plate, graphite dry lube fixed this. the next is that as many customers suggested in their reviews, this is NOT a standard mic stand upright thread 5/8" it is 3/8" x 16 which does fit all of the ends of standard boom stands, however that would be fairly unstable with a round base stand and look a little ungainly. I would suggest that the seller put that specific item in their description in case someone is intending to adapt this directly to a standard straight stand. The 3/8" adapter is very common fair and if you own more than 10 stands and mic's you are certain to have one just by random chance of getting it with the gear, but if you need it there is nothing like it. Other than those minor issues it is an excellent product, good finish and will serve anyone well for a clean monitor mount for on-stage or studio use.
