I honestly did not expect for this little trash can to be as useful as it is but WOW! We bought two for our kitchen and I am very seriously considering getting another one for our bathroom. The plastic is NOT flimsy, it's made well. The ring around the top holds onto your plastic liner bags really nicely, no slipping. It's easy to take apart and clean, but it stays together once it's on your cabinet door. I've knocked into it a few times with my walker (I have mobility issues) and it didn't fall off or come apart. It's the perfect size for scooping stuff off the counter top and straight into the trash. If you're debating on it, get one just to try - I bet you'll like it more than you expect!

A simple solve to a too large trash can. I have great built-in trash cans for sorting trash and recycling in my kitchen cabinets, but as a single it was rare for me to fill a trash can in a week and if I didn't throw the trash away weekly it would lead to odors. Many times my kitchen trash bag was less than ⅓ full. I tried clipping a small bag in side the trash container, but it was not working well, then I came across cabinet door containers. I was concerned they wouldn't work well because the existing trash can lip is slightly smaller than the width of my cabinet doors and has a downward slant toward the center, but it works perfectly! Plastic shopping bags fit well and many weeks I only need one. I also like that this is a simple design so it is easy to clean and recommend the solid sides so the plastic bag hold its shape.

I wanted to hang this on the inside of my cabinet door but unfortunately it won't work if the cabinet door closes against the cabinet frame... see attached pics...still usable and a great idea. Just doesn't work the way I had planned to use it.

I put this on my cabinet directly in front of a large cutting board that i use frequently. I line it with grocery store bags, which fit perfectly, and now when I have bits and pieces of celery or green pepper or some other vegetable to dispose of I don't have to disrupt my food prep and walk across the kitchen to dispose of them. It just reduces some of the confusion and additional work in my kitchen, which I appreciate. If I had frequent guests over I might not want to have this unit hanging on my cabinet, but it's easy enough to remove. The retainer ring is solid and seems well-designed, and I really don't have any complaints.

I’m chronically ill and really needed this little trash can to hang on the meds cart near my bed. It’s the perfect size for that need, and it hangs well. Unfortunately, it arrived without the plastic ring around the top that holds a trash bag in place. I was able to rig it to work and am keeping it, because I’ve had a lot of items arrive damaged from Amazon recently. Going through so many returns is challenging for a bedbound person. I kept the basket, it’s super handy, and I would actually really love it if it had arrived as pictured.

Works fine. The top edge doesn't want to stay on well. If I bump it, it will pop off. It looks good and is easy to clean.

I ordered this expecting to love the top ring keeping the bad affixed. No ring on the first one, exchanged it for another....AGAIN no ring. The bag would not stay in this without the ring so useless. Trying to decide whether to just return or try one more time.

This is a great little kitchen aid for food scraps and other things that get stinky more quickly, so you can dump smaller bags of trash more frequently than the big boy.
