How can you set it to hear the Athan?

Salam alaikum, this is not an athan clock. It is only a standard clock. You can not set it to play the athan.

How do you change the time and replace the battery on this clock?

Salam! The clock face is removable, it can be easily popped out. Behind the clock face is the location for the battery (a button battery). Once the battery is replaced you can put the clock face back on. There is also a button on the side of the clock face, similar to a watch, which allows you to change the time.
