Ich besitze die HexClad Pfannen jetzt fast drei Jahre und bin super zufrieden. Die Beschichtung ist nicht aus Teflon oder Aluminium und hat bisher keine Probleme gemacht. Klar, außen am Rand sieht man Gebrauchsspuren, aber das stört mich nicht. Die Pfannen lassen sich wirklich leicht reinigen: Lauwarm, etwas Spülmittel und ein weicher Schwamm – fertig. Ich spüle sie immer per Hand, hält länger und ist nachhaltiger. Ja, der Preis ist happig, aber die Qualität stimmt. Ich wollte Pfannen, die lange halten, und genau das bekomme ich hier. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I would refund these if i could, they're horrible. Not a non-stick pan and not a stainless steel pan either its an odd inbetween. For non-stick you could comfortably fry an egg without much skill or knowledge but for Hexclads you have to follow stainless steel pan instructions to make it semi non-stick. I shouldn't have to watch a youtube video to fry with a frypan. Once you've had an accident and pan is layered with grease you can't use a scouring pad to clean off which is an advantage of a stainless steel pan. EIther way, avoid and either go with stainless steel or go with a non-stick.
