What material is this made of?

I can not tell you what the material is. I had to return it as it did not fit my stroller. It felt like plastic.

Worked amazing at Disney World!

Without this our stroller and baby would have drown in Disney world lol! We got a massive amount of rain on one of the days and my son decided to walk and play in the rain and water all the while this thing completely covered out stroller, kept it bone dry and all of our belongings, food and water were completely dry! Highly recommend!

Pretty Universal

It fit well over our jogger type stroller. Used it for Disney in April, again on July 4, and it’s still in great shape. Pretty durable material.

Keeps rain and cold out

Keeps kiddo warm and dry and allows them to go for a walk outside when it otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
