It has the protein that I was looking which is a plus. But the flavor was not good and neither was the super hard texture. If flavor and texture doesn’t matter to you, the product does fit into many diets. I probably wouldn’t buy again

These are delicious! Some of them are sticky in the wrapper, but they do taste good.
