Catches fish
Amazing pole for price easy to use for a beginner and nice action caught a few fish already on it will update if anything breaks

Rod and reel both failed on the first use.
Rod broke at the third section after using it for only three days. The bearings in the reel were starting to corrode from the salt water after the first day. The manufacturer didn’t even use stainless steel screws as they started to corrode. This setup might be ok for occasional use in a freshwater pond but don’t think it can handle much more. Sorry I wasted my money on this.

Excellent to travel not strong for largerfish
Bought for Salmon fishing in Alaska, broke pole on first Silver Salmon. Light weigh for small fish probably excellent not for stronger fish.

Great starter fishing combo
Great deal for a rod and reel the rod is durable and only fell apart once when casting the first day of fishing the drag on the reel was not great but after a few days of fishing the reel turned out great way better deal than ugly stick gx2
