Q: Does this run true to US sizes?

This shirt is rather fitted. Not terribly so, but definitely not a loose tunic. I usually take a large and had to send it back for an XL. I washed it and did not notice a great deal of shrinkage. So the XL worked for me. I am 5' 5" and 160 lbs. I carry most of my weight through my middle and back which is why I usually take a large. If you have a slim torso you could probably get away with your usual size as the large almost worked but I don't like fitted tops. Hope this helps. Also, if you are looking at the blue, please note that it is not the color of the picture. It is more of a slate blue/gray.

Q: Does it wrinkle easily?

It does but not terribly. It is less linen feeling than kind of a scratchy cotton. It’s a really cute shirt. Nice detail at back neckline and nice cut. It is not a loose fit. I got a size up.

Q: How long is the large in actuality? I'm 5'5" and like to cover my (lack of) butt. Ty!

It's long enough, but I had to send back due to wrong color of red for me.
