Great lip balm! Hint of color that stays on for quite a while. Doesn't make my lips break out.

I wear SPF on my lips anytime I go outside, cloudy or not. The fact that this is tinted makes it even better. It doesn't taste weird like some SPF lip balm/sticks can. I like this. I just wish it came in other colors!

This is an OK lip balm - neither extraordinary nor notably bad at moisturizing. It's not particularly long lasting on me, but I have extremely dry skin, so that may be why. I bought it mainly because I wanted some tint and the benefit of sunscreen. I'm assuming the sunscreen works as advertised (haven't been to the beach or tested it in any other way), but the tint is so minimal as to not be noticeable, at least on my skin. I do like that this product is spf 30 as compared with the Sun Bum alternative which I prefer for the tint, but is only spf 15. If your goal is solely sun protection, this may be for you. As for me, I'll probably keep it to use when I know I'm going to be out in the sun but not use it every day as I had hoped. I'm updating my review to a 4. Pretty much everything I said in the original review is still true but I find have been wearing it much more often than I expected I would. I usually put lipstick on as I start my day and then apply this on top as I go about my day and the lipstick wears off. The little bit of color left from the lipstick plus the sun protection of this product strike a good balance for me. My skin is particularly prone to burning and, while I try to limit my time in full sun because of that, I haven't had any lip burning issues while wearing this in everyday sun.

I originally gave this lip tint 5 stars because I absolutely love how the color looks on my lips. I've now used it for about a month, and while I still adore the color, it's falling short in two areas: it is hard to apply on very dry lips (feels like I'm dragging my skin), and I feel like I get almost no moisturizing effect whatsoever. My lips will feel like there's a hint of moisture after applying it but then after 5 minutes, they feel super dry again. I will still wear it for the color, but I have to combine it with a plain lip balm.

1st pic is bare lips 2nd is with a couple coats of this balm. The feel is nice and smooth. I didn't like the smell, it's sort of plastic or wax smelling. The taste is extremely faint but I can tell a very slight sweetness but nothing overpowering. I think for the cost I could have gotten several other balms to do the same thing and even have a nice flavor which I enjoy. I do like that I was able to purchase it with my FSA card.

I read great reviews about this product. The color was more sheer than I expected. I really couldn't tell I had it on at all. The biggest disappointment was that it broke at the base and fell out of it's container onto the floor the third time I got it out.

I love how great my lips feel all while being protected from the sun. It doesn’t have that weird sunscreen smell or texture, and the color is perfect for everyday wear.

You have to really let it warm up to get it on your lips but once it's there it stays. I would have preferred that it'd been a little more rich in color, instead it has a very very mild white cast to it. I just end up putting something else over it for color.
