Good Non-Skid
Works well. I added one pack to about 1.5 quarts of a 2-part epoxy based paint, stirred well and rolled it onto the floor of my boat with a short-nap roller. Looks good, no noticeable color change in the off-white. Definitely skid proof. The label says "Mix one package per gallon of paint." I think that might be a little thin. One pack in the quart and a half was more than enough, probably would have been good for at least 2 quarts, but I'm afraid a gallon would be pushing it. Guess it depends on how "non-skid" you want it. On a wet boat deck, better safe than sorry, but a pack per gallon might do fine for a house porch.

Easy to use, anti slip, looks great
Helps make the floor slip resistant and makes improves the looks giving the floor a professional look. Easy to apply as the floor coating itself is being applied. I recommend using more than the instructions state because they eventually wear off. Also the more flakes the more slip resistance and better look in my opinion.

Worked great
This product worked as advertised. I mixed part A and part B of the Rust-Oleum 203373 Professional Floor Coating Kit, and waited 30 minutes per the directions. Then I slowly added the contents of two anti-skid bags while stirring the 2 gallons of epoxy. I poured some of the epoxy paint into a paint tray, and rolled it onto the floor. At no time did I visually notice the anti-skid compound - it is very fine. Before pouring additional paint from the bucket to the tray, I would stir again. After the epoxy cured, I walked on the floor with wet soled shoes - no slippage. After a rainstorm, I noticed a small water puddle on the floor. I walked into it - again the floor was not slippery. I did not notice any settling of the product in the paint tray, and the product performed as intended. Although I have not swept the floor yet, it appears to be fine enough to allow easy sweeping.

Works Great!
The Additive is the perfect solution for anyone looking to add extra safety and traction to their floors without compromising on style. Whether you’re applying it to a garage floor, driveway, patio, or any concrete surface, this additive offers peace of mind by reducing the risk of slips and falls while still delivering a professional finish. One of the best features of this anti-skid additive is how simple it is to mix and apply. It blends effortlessly into most Rust-Oleum floor coatings, including epoxy and latex-based paints. The instructions are clear, and the additive disperses evenly throughout the paint, so you don’t have to worry about clumping or uneven texture. Even if you’re a DIY beginner, the process is straightforward.

Didn't work AT ALL with stain on our deck! Comes right off of the surface!
DID NOT WORK WITH STAIN! It says on the product listing: "when mixed into epoxy, latex, or oil‑based paints or stains" HOWEVER this did NOT work on our deck with Storm System Protector (Cedartone) oil-based Stain and Sealer. The little grains just roll off instantly with the lightest touch even though I followed the mixing instructions properly and gave it plenty of time to dry (a full week in August). Honestly? I would have about the same result just pouring a little sand on the deck. The reason I gave three stars instead of two is that with previous products it worked well with latex paint. I guess there's nothing for it to stick to in stain and there is no additive to this product to get it to stick either. However I can't recommend this for stain applications, and Rest-Oleum shouldn't either - or if they do they should at least include more details about what specific stain types it will work with vs. not work with.

Perfect Results. Far cheaper than grip tape and permanent.
Amazing results. I used on wood with stain and it ended up perfectly. Feels like 60 grit sandpaper.
