I was so delighted with this burner which I got to replace a ceramic one which is causing the wax to smoke. I decided to buy a soapstone version as I had an old one that never had this problem. Having read a few not so good reviews, I didn't have great expectations but I needn't have worried. It's lovely being in natural soapstone, beautiful quality, the bowl is a great size, fits perfectly in the base & is so easy to lift in & out. It was packaged so carefully in thick customised polystyrene packaging (see photo). I highly recommend this burner

Lovely soft feel to the stone, and great that the top lifts off to enable easier cleaning. Looks lovely lit up.

love it! so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. i've since bought metal tray holders and am using them to avoid any spillage etc. reason is since this is sandstone it is very porous, hence when i was melting my gel the sandstone tray has absorbed some of the gel and changed color. overall great value for money, and its such a pretty sight when lit.

I haven't lit it yet so can't speak of its function but it is beautiful, even though it's a totally different colour from the pictures/video. This one is very light grey with pink & purple tones. (Photo upload isn't working unfortunately)

I love the design of it and looks well made. I use it only once and there is no leakage. Happy with my purchase.

Cracks on wax tray, leaks wax in candle, poor quality bought again to try if it goes again will do another review and never buy again, looks the part but quality is a joke for the cost lucky to get one star

Great little wax/oil burner, not too flashy but simple but classy, goes real well in any room and fits in with different decor. I would buy/recommend to family and friends. The lid wax pot once cooled is very easy to take off and clean. All in all a good quality value for money purchase.
