ROG Strix XF120 Case Fan

Great and affordable alternative to a Noctua fan! If you’re looking for a cooling solution that balances premium build quality with near-silent operation, the ASUS ROG Strix XF120 is an absolute winner. This fan proves that you don't need flashy RGB to make a statement—its performance speaks for itself. What Makes It Stand Out: Whisper-Quiet Operation: True to its name, this fan is incredibly quiet. Even when the RPMs ramp up during heavy gaming sessions, the sound profile is a smooth, low-frequency hum rather than a high-pitched whine. MagLev Bearing Technology: The Magnetic Levitation bearing significantly reduces friction. This not only makes it quieter but also gives the fan an impressive 400,000-hour lifespan. It’s an investment that will likely outlast your next two PC builds. Exceptional Airflow & Pressure: Whether you're using it as a case intake or mounting it to a CPU heatsink/radiator, the XF120 moves a serious amount of air. It manages to keep temps low without needing to run at 100% speed. Premium Build & Aesthetics: The fan feels dense and high-quality in the hand. The pre-installed anti-vibration pads and sleeved cables are thoughtful touches that make installation easy and keep your cable management looking clean.

Looks FAN-tastic, a little loud under high rpm but that is to be expected. Seems like it extracts heat efficiently. Install was a breeze and the LEDs look great. Has been installed for about 2 weeks now and performs great.

Exactly as described, perfect fit, great lighting - no hot spots in lighting, good uniform glow, quiet and good air movement

While I do wish Asus would make these daisy chained its nothing a hub cant get around. These fans are 28mm thick and run quiet. The subtle edge lighting with the ring around the blades adds just the right touch of light and gives then entire PC that Tron look. I am sure these fans will last me until they release a magnetic link version like their ROG fans that are impossible to find.

Really like these fans, would definitely buy again.

The ASUS XF120 fans really are one of the better, quieter fans in my collection of PC fans. For a couple of weeks, I have been using a pair of these ASUS fans in comparison to other brands I collected in the mail; Noctua, Arctic, Corsair, etc. The initial goal was to find what most people are buying these fans for, air pressure and silence, and in the end, these ASUS XF120 do indeed deliver the results! At first, I made my quick doubts, only purchasing them for the half-off sale that lasted a week or two, believing the 'whisper-quiet' sales pitch would be exaggerated. I am glad to be wrong, after setting these up after some comparisons, these do make some noticeable changes, good changes in air and noise. I put my doubts to rest and aim to use these as my final fan setup. To those on the fence about these, I wouldn't stress on buying these fans with doubts in mind as I have. These do make promises in performance, making my Celsius temps sustainably lower during gaming and cool idle temps too. In my experience and opinion, these make great exhaust fans for 120mm sizes, as the heat is rushing out at faster rates, keeping it cooler inside as air going in. They do great as intake as well, but I mix things up with another brand for now. I bought these at a lower cost than base price, being $15 individually, which is very well worth it. I hope you and everyone finds these at the similar price point!

Very pretty fans. Doesn't push as much air as my super flowers but nothing really does. Comes in a premium package and very well made. Quiet and nice fans. I use them as push pull config on a 360 aio.

This little fan is sweet! Pretty quiet, looks cool, does it's job. Would buy again.

Top Lüfter von Asus mit langen Kabel .alles super

Bought this to replace the front120mm fan on my GA35DX this fan is much quieter and pushes as much if not more air.

Looks amazing, can be daisy chained with the same fans. Quiet and good fair flow,

Excellent build quality, smooth in operation and quiet. No comparison build wise to those cheap Rog Strix fans that Asus also offers. Use this one as external fan with the Noctua magnetic fan-stand.
