I bought these solely to have in my car for when I need to work on the engine or something so I have two clipped in the back on my vehicle for use as I wanted something that would clip onto the inside of my engine bay or under a tire well or on the side of my flat bottom .They work well enough in to use if you have an outhouse at a farm to have a couple clipped on the inside to use if you have a window where some sunlight can land on them through the moon cut window just have to remember to turn them off when not in use.Also no instructions came with them on use, only a piece of paper on how to install them so you will be left guessing through trial and error the modes they use and how to use them , INSANELY FRUSTRATING !!

Great lighting

I’ve had the lights about 4 months. After 3 months two of the lights stopped working, Unfortunately, this means that I can’t return them

I had field mice eat my truck engine wires up, i had been using peppermint spray but they started building a nest (engine area) again, i cleared debris out every day or two, I ordered these solar clip on lights and every night i placed them in the engine compartment, I haven’t seen and debris since. I place them at dusk, they last all night, has a motion sensor that it automatically brighten with motion, after a few seconds it goes back to dim mode

We like everything about the product, bright, motion sensor works well, great price.The only thing is the clip do not open wide enough to clip it on eave, but somewhere else.

We clipped these to the fascia along the side of our house where we keep our recycling and trash bins. We are in the desert southwest with plenty of sunshine and very little rain. These lights are fantastic for a quick trip to drop something in the bins after dark. It's nice how they stay dim until they sense motion, then brighten for just enough time. Update: 2.5 years later, they are not as bright as when new, but still working.
