Cool air doesn't function
When received product thought possibly the cool air function would work, after couple uses realized the air is still warm. Wouldn't suggest this hair dryer unless you just want hot air. Try other brands

Would Recommend
Very good dryer, I have fine wavy hair that frizzes easily, this dryer helps to keep frizz at a minimum. Previously I had purchased a Shark hairdryer (at great expense) and after about 6 months it kept shutting down. I contacted Shark but they did not want to know, and would not even consider me returning it for repair, I was disgusted. I would NEVER purchase ANY Shark product again, or recommend them to anyone, as they do not stand buy their guarantee. I carefully researched hair dryers and ended up with this BaByliss hairdryer and found it to be a good product, dries hair quickly with no problems and would recommend this above and beyond any Shark product !

That said, if you have thick or long hair, you might find the heat and airflow a bit on the gentle side—it doesn’t get quite as hot or powerful as some salon-grade models. But for daily use, especially for shorter styles, it strikes a great balance between performance and protection. Quiet operation and sleek design are added bonuses. Highly recommended if you're after a reliable dryer that’s easy on your hair and simple to use.
