This excellent and really fun puzzle is based on the characters and locations of Jane Austen's books.

Q: are the pieces all two post two hole pieces? or is there a variety of shapes?

The shapes are two post, two hole and very thick and sturdy.

Q: Where is this made? I have a few of this brand's puzzles and the ones made in China a of a lesser quality.

It states it is manufactured in China, but the pieces are not the cheaply made ones I have found in other puzzles made in China. I have a few puzzles made in China that are so thin and won’t stay together. I think this one is worthwhile.

Check w/Amazon first. My supposition is that they sold old of what you ordered, or the supplier closed up shop.

Great fun

Excellent jigsaw, just the right level of difficulty (and no sky!) The puzzles in this series always contain a poster showing the various characters and explaining a bit about the stories. We've also done The World Of . . . Jane Austen, Shakespeare, and Sherlock Holmes - can recommend them all!
