Are there drawer dividers with this product?

There are dividers molded into the back of the cabinet. They can be cut out with scissors.

I need the drawers to come out easily for access. Can they easily be removed?

Yes, the draws come out very easily. If pulled straight out they catch in order to not fall out and dump all their contents. When needing to remove them fully you simply tilt the front of the drawer up and it slips right out. These are very nice storage units, and I have many of them.
