ALGRA Treadmill Workout Poster 24 x 36 Laminated

A wonderful and colorful addition to my personal workout room. It's current information is quite helpful. The laminated chart can be written on in white board ink & easily erased and is also ready for a frame. A quality product.

I was hoping this poster would give me some new workout ideas for my treadmill in an easy to view and quick format. It is merely a high color laminated poster with heart rate and muscle group info. It looks nice on the wall of my exercise room though, but not very useful. Would be must better for a commercial workout room, perhaps in a hotel.

I received my order very fast after ordering and the poster was well packaged and just as described. Great addition to my workout room just above my treadmill. Great way to keep me motivated while working out! I will definitely order from this vendor again. Just need to find more wall space.

It's a treadmill chart with some nice stats. Colorful, and fills a wall. Helpful? Not so much.
