Build quality seems fine and fit perfectly on the Milwaukee M12 inflator. I have only used it a few times to fill up the tires on a couple of cars but it worked seamlessly. It was easy to use but sometimes did take a couple attempts to latch on to the valve stem correctly, you really need to push it on sometimes. Would recommend.

I have a Delwalt cordless tire inflator, which is great in most every respect except that it's kind of annoying to have to thread the nozzle on to each of the tires. With 4 bikes to inflate, that is 8 nozzles to do and it gets tedious. On my cars, it's kind of painful to do in the cold and takes longer when my fingers are numb. This solves that problem. Connects easily to the inflator and I just leave it on, no real reason to remove it. Another review had mentioned that it leaks air, I had it do that once when I hadn't pushed it forward far enough. It needs a firm push before you release the locking lever to make sure that it stays on. Something like this really should have been included on my inflator to begin with, I'm glad someone made it as an add on. Added bonus is that it's so cheap.

Received this as a gift as an accessory paired with a Milwaukee M18 (tire) Inflator. It's just okay. There have been occasions where more air leaks out than the pump generates (which is a lot of air). The pump shuts off automatically when the preset tire pressure is reached and even when connected as well as is possible to connect it, the adapter hose leaks so badly that the pump will cycle on every few seconds. This is very convenient - much more that having to screw the connection onto the valve stem, but I wish it didn't leak like a sieve!
