I am amazed at the difference in my skin. I’ve used a top of the line retinol serum that I was happy with for years. But as I’m turning 60 soon I’ve noticed the last two years my skin can’t hold moisture and has lost bounce. I started adding a couple of drops of the Beekman booster serum to my moisturizer am/pm and in just a week I’ve had to back off to just one drop. My skin is retaining moisture now and has a softness I’ve missed since my 40’s. There’s a lovely color to my skin and a healthy glow. This is a fantastic alternative to retinol. I think it’s better than retinol. I’m looking more closely at the Beekman skincare line now. This was a fraction of the cost my retinol was.

I received a Beekman advent calendar last christmas and this was an item that was included. I am a skincare fanatic and once I used this product, I knew I was sold for life. Normally, I use plain vitamin E oil, but this feels as though it moisturizes my skin much more, and works all day! I actually tried buying a different Bakuchiol Oil, just so I knew if the Beekman was quality or not, and I will not buy another brand again. the other brand was watery and smelled weird, but this product is just lovely. Ive used it in summer and in winter and it leaves your face feeling hydrated without feeling oily, and I have not broken out AT ALL. This is a quality item and I think everyone should try it. Every once in a while they will have it on sale too, which is a plus! I have this on autoshipment now because I cannot live without it!

It works into the skin beautifully. Leaves a nice skin softness.

Greasier than I expected it to be, honestly. I put it on and my glasses slid down my nose almost immediately after putting it on. Probably not the greatest for my combination skin type in specific, but it feels nice and lightweight and Hydrating for anyone who has issues with moisture retention. It's a nice lightweight serum, a bit on the oilier side, that seems to be great for normal to dry or sensitive skin. There's either absolutely no scent or very very little scent. I couldn't smell it at all. I personally won't buy it again because it's expensive and doesn't suit my skin type, but for anyone who's willing to spend this much on a bakuchiol serum and has the right skin type, I say go for it. I don't think you'll be too disappointed.

I tried 4 versions of the beekman 1802 serums and this was my favorite. While at first I thought it was a bit oily so I kept it off my t zone there is a noticable difference in my skin during the dry winter months when I forget to use this. A little goes a very long way.

I sampled at a beauty store this along with the Amala berry serum (which was also nice). I put a drop of each serum on each hand and was blown away with how soft and smooth my hand felt that had the bakuchiol serum on it. I was sold hook line and sinker. It went in my cart and has become a staple item in my skin care routine since. I haven’t tried other bakulchiol based serums, so I can’t compare with other brands. You only need about 1-2 drops each on your left side, right side and forehead. Drop it on , blend it in. Wait about 10-15 minutes before apply moisturizer or you can blend it in with your bloom cream. I’ve experimented layering this with other moisturizers with success. It just depends on what you prefer. Find what works for you. I didn’t notice any particular smells.
