Excellent camera
Better than Topo Dual band, easy to set up. Value for money. Although Alexa is unable to connect to it, and it is advertised that it can. Buid quality is good, very robust. Fits into the surrounding area well. Added extra storage capacity by using a nano memory card. And the video quality is excellent, crisp clear

Reliable camera with great playback capabilities and app
Absolutely brilliant camera! Video quality is good both day and night. I have my camera pointing outside through a window, meaning I have to have Infra red turned off. Despite this, the night vision still produces clear images. With infrared turned on (provided it's not pointing out a window, lol!) the night vision is exceptional. The motion detection is very consistent, camera identifies difference between animals, people and objects, and then tracks motion very reliably. App has brilliant functionality, with playback easy to access using app, and saves recordings for over 3 days on a 128GB SD card! Settings for the camera are almost unlimited, If there's anything you could need the camera to do, there's likely a way to set it up. It has been Very well thought of by Reolink. You can access the camera via the app from anywhere provided you have internet access and your camera has internet connection, you don't have to be on the same network. This is brilliant for remote monitoring as you can watch the cameras live stream. You can even use the PTS function on the app to move the camera remotely. This camera, for the money, is the best you can ask for. There's no in app subscription fees (as of Jan 2026). It's got brilliant reliability, endless functionality, and versatility. The only nit picks I would mention, but these are very insignificant, are that: The 5MP camera resolution is good, but could be better (if that's a priority for you, consider spending that bit extra) The app does take some time to get used to. The core functions that you'd use day to day are accessible as soon as you open the app, which is brilliant. But to get full use from the camera's capabilities (setting alarms, schedules etc), the camera settings menu does take some digging through and a bit of time to figure out. Would definitely recommend Reolink, so far my experience has only been positive. After trying another camera from EUFY, I can say that for small, affordable and basic security/monitoring, Reolink has much more to offer.

Very clear
I use this in my window to look out onto my car in the street. It streams and records a very clear picture, and playback from the SD card is very good as well. I've turned off the IR and "on" light, so overnight, because I have a street light outside the house, the recording is quite good. Daytime picture quality is excellent. Only downside is that because it is intended for indoor use, there can be some reflection from the window when looking out, particularly when the sun rises. But all in all, very good camera for the price. Oh, and added bonus is that it works a treat when using your laptop/PC, although to set up, you will need to do wiith your mobile. I use a 32GB SD card and this lasts just over 24hrs full recording. UPDATE 28/6/2024 : Been using it continuously now for a number of days, and in the interim I have put a 128GB SD card in to record video. This allows for about 3 1/2 days full recording, and when it fills up, it wraps around i.e. it maintains the last 3 1/2 days video, so that's a plus. Still 4 stars though as it can be just a little bit hesitant when first logging in, and also wifi can drop out when using playback, so make sure device is close to nearest router or mess device. I have alo used the support desk for some queries, and the guys there have been VERY helpful 👍 UPDATE 12/07/2024: Still going very well. Recording as required. Picture quality excellent. Just a slight hesitancy when using playback, but otherwise very good security camera and worth the money.

Very good
Item is great, simple to set up, add sd card to and interact with using iPhone & iPad. Resolution and night vision are excellent. Only observations are on switch on / power reset it is quite noisy when it insists on scrolling left for several seconds, and on reflection I would have liked to have a zoom, but that’s my decision rather than a product shortcoming.

Great value, good product, no subscription fees!
I have a mix of reolink and hikvision cameras on my network, they support onvif for my NVR and are happy to do it at the same time as being accessed via the reolink service which is online but doesn't ask for a subscription to be paid. The mobile app is best when setting up but for all the options you're gonna want the desktop app to configure them. If you'd putting it inside a window, disable the IR illumination leds otherwise they'll reflect off the glass and blind it at night. The night vision is good, not as good as the expensive hik vision gear but plenty good enough. The pan and tilt works nicely. The audio pickup is decent. I have no idea how this would handle being outside, i'm guessing poorly, hence using different kit outside. That said, i've 3 of these and the reolink doorbell and i even bought my folks the doorbell because they're kinda great for the money. Had these for years, working solidly.

Great
Great, I can spy on my cat, even in the dark. Simple to use, no lag, connects to home assistant. App works great, especially when connected to other devices. Motion detections works amazingly, even the differing categories.

Exceeded my Expectations
I was hesitant about buying this, merely because I needed a camera that connected to 5G network. Well this certainly does. Also the size of it, as it's a lot bigger than what I expected. I'm glad I did buy it. It's actually worked out, it being bigger. Great quality camera. Exceeded all my expectations. Picture quality is really smooth and clear. The viewing range I thought was quite good. Connected to WiFi easily. So easy to set up. Instructions where straight forward even for me. It has so many different features I'm finding a function each day. Definitely would recommend to buy this and an SDcard. A month on I'm still finding more functions to make this camera even better now that I've worked some of them out. Tweeking to my needs. I' Very happy. Definitely 5 stars from me. Unfortunately for past few days have experienced playback issues. It appears that these cameras only take possibly a maximum of 512gb SD card or there own brand of SD cards. I'd previously had a 128gb SD card in and no problems. I'd purchased 2, 900+ gb SD cards and found issues in recording and play back. So for that I will reconsider my rating to 4 stars

E1 Pro Pan & Tilt Security Camera with an Extremely Frustating Camera Set up routine
The camera arrived quickly and was relatively easy to install. This is the 3rd camera of this sort that I have bought the other 2 being E1 Zoom. The most annoying part of the install is having to scan the QR code that apears on the screen. My experience is that this is a very hit or miss affair since you have no visual feedback on your scanning attempt. The other annoying thing is that WiFi install can only be done using a smart phone. Once done the camera is found soon enough on a PC. The E1 Zoom cameras had the camera ID on the bottom and this could be used to install via PC. The Camera now has an RJ45 network so WiFi installation via that would be nice, the camera is recognised straight on PC away and the ID can be found but the install instruction says not to do this 1st??? The listing claims that the max Micro SD card is 128gb. The only problem I had was that the camera does not seem to like Exfat and prompts for a format. The card is formatted as Fat32, of 4x new 64gb sd cards, 2 have become corrupt and unrecoverable after only a few days of use. I now only use 32gb, being fat32 they work fine. In use the camera is excellent, the application software for PC and Smartphone is very good. Rather oddly considering the install by Smart phone only, some features of the camera are only available when using a PC. I rehabilliate hedgehogs and use the cameras to monitor their night time activities. The PIR detects their movement very well. Focus for a fixed focus camera is also pretty good. I've changed my mind about this camera, it works well when it is set up but is a nightmare to set up. The firmware seems to be different to the E1 Zoom I have (2x) with those the cameras ID which is printed on the bottom can be manually entered and off you go. With the E1 Pro this is not the case, everything has to be done using a smart phone for the 1st setup. I moved the camera to a different location which has a different access point so tried to reconfigure to that. Big mistake! Now I cannot get the camera to do anything and the voice instructions become very irritating repeating over and over. I have now been able to scan the camera, scan the QR code on the camera (very difficult) but still no connection and that uber irritating voice still telling me to install the App and scan the camera. After several attempts, I'm giving up and returning the camera.
