GNC Herbal Plus Chasteberry (Vitex) 500 mg, Veggie Caps, 100 ea

Have been on this for roughly 5 months. Reduced my facial sebum and acne. I'm 31 btw. I never had irregular periods, so I can't give advice on that. Definitely didn't reduce my labido as historical eras used it for. No bad taste or residue before swallowing.

So far it's been 1 month and I feel good, no menstrual cycle yet but I will keep taking I take 3 every morning, I do feel like it's working, it made me very sleepy at first also little dizziness but that has stopped, no depression actually I'm happier

Product works great for keeping a over active sex drive down to a more respectable level. Wife loves it now that I don't act like a horn dog every second

I suffer from PCOS and have since I was in Jr High. My doctor put me on the pill to help regulate my cycles. Skip ahead 15 years...my husband and I have been TTC for 5 years. Very difficult when you have to take Progesterone to get a period. We've have had every test done under the sun and we have both checked out well. I started the Vitex (2pills a day) and got my period on my own for the first time in years! I even ovulated! I was elated! I have only taken this herb for a little over a month and am just starting my 2nd period today.Hopefully I will be able to give a wonderful update soon!

Helped with my hot flashes from day one! I really needed this. Along with my other supplement its great.

I tried this when vitex was out of stock. I got a lot of headaches and felt gross. I stopped taking it and ordered vitex again.

Got what I wanted but the packaging was different than advertised.

Did not work as well as the Metagenics brand for me.
