Since you only need to cover your foot, I would recommend one of our half leg sizes. Therefore, the measurement you would need to take would be the circumference of your calf muscle, just below the knee as well as the length from the heel to where you measured your circumference. Q: Will this fit over an adult large size walking boot?

These are designed to go over casts and you select by size. Since they are intended to fit snugly over a cast, I doubt they would fit properly over a bulky boot of any size. Think of it as a very tight rubberized sock.
