Stunning Mixer by a VERY reputable company!
I seriously bought this mixer to replace some off brand garbage i bought from Radio Shack in the 90s.Numark is an institution in the DJ/Home Stereo Market. And I dont use it for turntables or anything like that. I use it for my home entertainment system which includes Xbox, Wide Screen TV, PSP for MP3 playing, my iPad for Podcasts and more. When output to my Philips Quadraphonic Home Stereo amp and vintage speaker cabs with 12 inch woofers the EQs on this Numark Mixer can really tweak the levels to boost massive bass frequencies and playing with the mids and highs really feels like you are in control of the mixdown of any tracks you pump through it, as well as bringing the voices, score, and sound effects to all new live when watching films.I can't tell you that other reputable DJ brands are better or worse, but I can tell you this: DO NOT waste your money on cheap stereo gear from some name you have never heard of and that hasnt been around for ages. You can't possibly go wrong with Numark mixers. And my personal experience with this one has me wanting to stick with the brand for life.

Great value
I have been a dj since 1980 at the height of “House music” & Numark has been a valuable asset to my growth. Yes, there’s more expensive mixers on the market but for the price it’s quality is second to none.

Awesome for AV usage
I wanted 2 PCs, a TV, and my Mac to all run through the same speaker pair in my room, and I'm happy to say this thing handles it beautifully. I don't hear any loss in sound quality at all (just make sure it's still set to stereo not mono). My only complaint is the sliders feel a little weak compared to higher quality mixers.

Great DJ mixer
Replace an old Numark mixer that I had for 20 years. I needed one with 4 individual channels and this one has everything that I need and more. Very happy with this Numark mixer. Highly recommend! It arrived in perfect condition, very well boxed in. If you’re an old school DJ that still uses turntables. This is the one!

Not much to choose from.
I looked everywhere for a replacement for my 19” Numark mixer that I’ve had for decades. it decided to give out on me yesterday so here I am. There is a lack of mixers out in the wild for some odd reason. My only choice was an M2 Scratcher. It’s a huge downgrade, but I’m making it work. The only gripe i have is the red lights. I get it’s a battle mixer but cmon now.

Numark Scratch | Two-Channel DJ Scratch Mixer for Serato DJ Pro
Fast delivery, and the item was good and functional during commissioning. As of now, I am observing the unit for its reliability and robustness. I got to update soon if I could experience malfunctioning of the unit within its warranty period.

Warning!Bad investment: Item failed in less than one year
This item failed in less than one year. Bought it in September 2024, used it for one gig and then tried to use it a month ago only to discover that only the right input channels worked. It was never dropped. It was never physically jostled, treated, roughly or damaged in anyway. It literally stayed in its case before and after use, but somehow the left input channels have shorted out. This is extremely disappointing. As far as being a mixer goes, it was OK for the most part but you can tell that it’s very “light” on the side of internal components. I can’t help but think that shoddy design or cheap internal components, may have contributed to its failure. This could explain why it is so affordable compared to other mixers of this type. Also, as a disclaimer, they don’t tell you that you cannot use any of the onboard effects without being linked up to Serato. Do not expect to buy this mixer and use the effects analog, with classic vinyl without having to have your laptop plugged in and Serato active.Overall, a fairly disappointing experience. I have always been a diehard Numark fan and have never been disappointed with any of their products, so this is a big letdown for me. I’m going to attempt to see if I can get my money back for this as I now realize it was a bad investment.
