Very pretty.
First off, I really, really like this skirt. It's such a pretty design, and I love the color. (I bought it in light mint.) It's great for formal or casual situations. I normally wear a large, because my hips are pretty wide, but I got the XL, because the comments mentioned that it clings to the back. It definitely does, and because of that, it limits what underwear is safe to wear with it. I put on TWO slips, and I could still make out the underwear line. So invest in some seamless underwear if you want to wear this skirt. The material is a bit thin, so you will probably want to be wearing a slip anyways. Also, the waist is just a tad bit too large for me, and it tends to slump just a little in the back, but not badly enough to the point where I can't wear it. I can't really imagine wearing this as a dress, unless you're under 5 feet tall, there's not a lot it would cover as a dress. Also, I machine wash mine cold, and air dry. Machine drying *will* shrink it. But anyways, this skirt is great, and as long as you know what you're in for, it's a good buy.

My favorite dance skirt
I chose this skirt for a tango performance after I read another of another reviewer who had done the same. I thought it would be more modest and flattering than a skirt with a high side slit. And I love this skirt. I wore it to all my lessons and practices. It's soft and cool and does this great dramatic whipping motion when I turn. It was definitely more flattering and modest than a normal side slit skirt (which I also now own for comparison, but haven't yet given a dance-run), but I still wore a pair of black slipshorts underneath, which I'm very glad I did. Watching the video of my performance later, the skirt never rode up high enough to see the slipshorts, but there were several moments when I realized the skirt was more see through than I first thought just seeing it in the mirror. However, it wasn't very revealing: more of just seeing the light pass through and the occasional silhouette of my legs. But I think if it had been thicker, it would have sacrificed the flowing motion and drape of it that I love most.

Color's a little darker, wrinkles easily, otherwise awesome
The orange skirt in the photo is a little more golden-yellow than the actual color, which is still a warm orange but a little darker. The material is very thin, so you'll have to choose your underwear with care; the dual layer in front hides everything, but it's only one layer in back. It wrinkles easily, but I use a wrinkle-remover spray when I put it on, and it shakes out and looks nice. It's true to the Amazon size guidelines. I'm really a medium according to the chart, but they only had this color in large, so I got that. It still works as a skirt, because my hips are big enough to hold up the waistband, but I'm afraid it would slide down if I wore it as a dress. Maybe I'll try pinning it to a strapless bra, because it does look awesome that way!

The skirt/dress is super cute
I adore the dress/skirt. The color is about as my monitor views it, so that was nice. The only down side is it ran a bit large for me. I generally wear a 14, so I got the XL thinking it would be fine, alas, it falls. It's a drapey skirt/dress so it's not totally noticeable, but when wearing it as a dress, I had a hard time keeping it up. Flashing people my bra wasn't on my list of "want to do today". It works well enough as a skirt, I've got hips that keep it mostly in place. I wore black leggings underneath though, so perhaps sans leggings it would have had the same falling issue? Not sure, in any case, it was a bit large if worn as a dress.

Soft and comfortable, but also stylish
Great skirt. I was looking for an inexpensive skirt to go with oversized sweaters and tall boots and this is good. It's not thick, but that's what I was looking for. I want to be able to wear thin sheer stockings because I also own over the knee boots and the sweater will keep me warm enough. This complements the entire look. I will say it's not super big, but if I had to do it again, I'd get the extra small instead. I am 5'4" and 120 lbs but I'm not a curvy body. So if you are curvy then this will likely be true to size; if you are shaped more straight, size down.

Nice but thin
Nice for the price. This fit is true to size but I went up a size based on reviews. Typically I wear a medium with measurements of 39 31 39. I ordered a large and it falls down within 3 steps weather on my waist or bust depending on the styling. I pulled an 80's look and tied a not in the waist corner. Took 2 inches out and it's staying up alright. It is also peeling after a partial summer so it will likely be a one or 2 season and done item.

Love the Skirt, But Don't Follow the Sizing Chart
Everything about this skirt is as expected, except the size. I normally wear a small, but the sizing information said that a small would be for a women that normally wears a 0-2. I couldn't fit in a 0-2 to save my life, so I ordered the medium (which I never do) because it said it fits a 4-6. When the skirt came in & I put my hands in the waistband to put it on, I could immediately tell that it was a bit too big. Additionally, once it was on, it's somewhat loose - not falling off because I have hips, thank God, but still not my ideal fit. Ignore the size chart & buy your normal size.

Very Nice - Love the look and feel!
I love this skirt, however if you have a large chest you probably won't be able to wear it as a dress. I ordered a Medium because I'm between size 6 and 8 bottom. I sometimes need to buy large in dresses of this style to fit over my chest- I'm a 34DD. Since it's not going to work as a dress for me as it needs to pulled up too high to fit over my chest, I'm going to return it for a size small and only wear as a skirt. Other than that, it's exactly what I hoped for. Very soft and comfortable.

Beautiful and high quality
This dress is beautiful. There is one flaw, the top part should be longer so it can cover your breasts better. It would fit a smaller chested person.

Love it
Good quality cloth, goes with just about every top. Material is soft jersey type but durable. The cut is very flattering and feminine indeed and Sakkas are good at that. Make sure to hand-wash first as the dye does run, but that's expected and the label already instructs you to do that. Otherwise, very good value for money and will last for years to come.

Pretty for price
Pretty skirt, colour not exactly as shown and very thin material. Is see through. It will do well enough for summer wear for the price.

This works great as a bathing suit cover
This works great as a bathing suit cover. You can wear it as a dress or a skirt. I also wore it as part of an outfit. It is quite stretchy so runs a little big. Well worth the buy.
