I had a poor experience with the first headset I ordered, and reviewed it fairly, stating the mic was a bit too soft. The company reached out and replaced the first headset at no cost to me, which was certainly admirable of them.Upon using the new headset, I tested it in a few different games and found the mic performance to he satisfactory, with a 7/10 for overall sound quality from the mic. It's small, and this set is fairly inexpensive, so that is to be expected. I tried it in Warzone and still had to turn up the setting to about 320 to be heard clearly with the mic close to my mouth.The earphones were excellent, as they were in the first set. Great sound quality. No complaints ts there.Overall it's a good set for the price and I appreciate not being tied up with wires when I game.

I used the headset for about a year. It has great sound quality for the price and it's relatively comfortable. I do tend to get ear fatigue/pain when using headsets anyways but this was definitely one of the more comfortable pair that I can wear for extended periods of time.The first headset did die on me one day after about a year of use. I used a 20W fast charger to charge it after it died. After I charged the headset I put it on and it worked for a couple of minutes then just shut off. Nothing I did fixed the headset.I emailed the company and they sent me a free headset of the same model. They replied quickly and asked for 2 more pieces of info and sent out the headset. Prompt and polite services rendered. 10/10.

I've had this headset for almost two weeks now and so far so good. I use headsets daily, 24/7, for ps4 gaming and discord calls, and this pair has held up pretty well. I was a bit scared at purchase that the battery wouldn't be able to hold up with my excessive usage, but it seems to be doing fine so far.The audio quality seems to be good, both wired and wireless. Although when wireless it has a tendency to cut out once in a blue moon or distort the audio a bit, unless that's just my pair, just a heads up.The noise canceling is decent at best and is mostly caused by the tight headset and thick foam. You just have to break into it though, and then you get used to it.The mic on the other hand sounds good from what others have told me. Apparently it's a bit quiet though, so have the mic close and just boost the mic audio a bit and you should be fine. But I have discovered that the headset seems to not mix very well with being plugged into something at the same time as something else. For example, when plugging the headset wired into my iPad and charging my iPad at the same time I've had multiple complaints of buzzing through the mic, and this also applies when using an apple pen. Although assuming most of you who are reading this are just getting the headset wireless for console, you shouldn't have to worry about this too much. But just be prepared for some buzz complaints if your controller is on charge at the same time as you plug the headset in wired.But altogether this headset is functional, usable, and good price for a good quality.

I have mixed feelings about this product. It has good sound to it but it doesnt charge well or seem to show its charging and I've ended up having to use it wired mostly. After a while it also doesnt always register when I speak as well as it should.

Got these as a replacement for my wired mic headset for my laptop. I work from home and am on Teams conference calls constantly.PROS: I love that they are around the ear and not on the ear as it makes wearing them all day much more comfortable. Great sound quality. Controls on the headset for volume and muting with the headset are great! Great Battery life! I use daily and only need to charge once a week.CONS: Can't connect to my cell as it syncs using a dongle and they will automatically shut themselves off if you don't have active sound/use.

Voice audio quality is very poor, but serviceable. the noise cancellation was great and the wireless option allows to walk around. I recommend the Xiberia wired headset for PC but wireless it will be great for consoles.PC gamers. Avoid this and get the wired version. It's a much better choice quality for the price.Console gamers. It's not so bad to play with from across the room or even moving from room to room.

The dongle melted after a few weeks, on the side where it mentions the model number and the "made in china". So, the headphones stopped working. This could have damaged my computer. The quality control is not there. Before the meltdown, the sound quality was decent, the noise cancelation was average. But the microphone was always bad. All the other online players would complain about my voice being too low, and crinkle noises etc. I missed the return window by a couple of weeks and am very annoyed about that. This is a product that was poorly manufactured, could have damaged my computer and maybe worse had I not detected the meltdown on time. Avoid!

I purchased this headset for 80 dollars and it has earned its name as the best headset that I have had. It fits comfortably and the audio quality is wonderful.
