250' 10/2 W/G UF Cable

As advertised, good price, delivered. I was adding electricity to a small shed located 75' from my house. This is great because it can be buried as is without conduit, although I did use conduit for all sections that could possibly be cut accidentally down the road. this 250' roll is heavy.

I bought this to run new power circuits to my HVAC units and power to the shed. You can never go wrong with Southwire and this was no exception. The outer sheath is made a bit different than regular romex wire because the ground wire is completely isolated from the other two wires so it's harder to strip off the sheath until you learn the little trick and then it's not too bad. I carefully score the sheath down the back side center with a blade knife. Then cut a slit at the very end of the cable and between the two conductor wires. Grab the two conductor wires and pull them apart down to the end of your score line just like you were breaking a wish bone which exposes the ground wire. Then cut a small slit at the end of each conductor wire and pull the sheath down the wire to the end of the score mark....the whole process takes less than 30-seconds.

I like this product cause it was the exact amount I needed....reasonable priced and deliver to my door. I use this to make my final run on my solar panels

UPDATE: These guys refunded all my money without any hassle. They just asked if I wanted a Refund or new product. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!NO! NO! NO! Wanted to make a clean run. Imagine getting half way through a 250 foot pull and finding this GASH in the MIDDLE of the roll! If i wanted splices in the middle of a waterproof exterior cable (ufb) I could have used anything. USELESS unless you want SHORT PIECES.

Works as it should.
