This far surpasses my expectations from an "ice pack".It stays very cold for a long time. It is flexible and moves with my back. The compress is very durable and well made. Its amazing to be able to fold it to fit into my freezer. And, the best part it was cold and ready to go in just 30 minutes!It was so amazing, I bought a second within a week to gift to my sister.I know what I am getting loved ones for upcoming birthdays, and Christmas!Thank you, sincerely, for a wonderful product!

Delivery was fast and item (s ) came well package. First use out of freezer was great. The pack wrapped nicely around lower back. After a few uses, however, the gel seemed to gather in places and the pack became wrinkled up eith gaps and ridges. The only way to partially correct this was to let the pack completely thaw and get to room temperature to allow smoothing. The pack also didn't seem to stay cold very long.

Okay, I was skeptical and I can tell you this is GREAT! It has such a durable cover, thin enough and soft enough to not be cumbersome, freezes nicely, and is large enough for my entire back. I can fold it in half if I don't need the entire piece. It stays cold for several hours.

Great quality! I love that the contents are malleable and easy to handle. Fits nicely in the freezer. Doesn’t crack or break. High quality. Easy to use and I place in pillow case for upper back, neck, lower back to help ease aches, pains, and prevent/treat migraines and sore muscles. Lovely.

I bought this to help with my Sciatica pain and I love it. I love that it can be used for heating and cooling. It has no smell to it. I use it at home and take it with me in the car and use it at work. Stays hot for quite a while and stays cool for quite some time. Highly recommend!

I am giving the Med-X Ice Pack 3 stars because it is small and does not cover the back as it appears in the photo. This would be perfect for someone who is small bone or has a short torsal. Overall, the ice pack delivers enough coldness to a wider area than most ice packs and remains on the cool side for nearly an hour under normal conditions.

This is a very large ice pack! It really does cover your entire back. I am 5 ft 7in and it goes all the way length wise from my shoulders down to my lower back. When people say it gets really cold they are not kidding. I am not sure what is different than other ice packs I have tried? Maybe the size? Anyways it is so cold that I have to put the cover on and even have it over clothes and it’s still very cold! My only complaint is that it tends to kind of “bunch up” or wrinkle in the freezer after a couple of uses. It’s still useable just a little annoying. I have 2 herniated discs L4L5 and it helps a lot! Not sure how long it stays cold but I know I take it off after the recommended 20 minutes and my sheets even feel very cold where the ice pack way laying. I’m guessing it would stay cold for a long time!

This is the best ice pack I've ever seen! I had ham string strain so I used this ice pack to sit on. The removable cover makes it comfortable to use directly over light clothing. It stays flexible after being in the freezer for days. I recently had surgery for rotator tendon tears and have used it on my shoulder/arm and again I'm so happy with it. I've shown it to all my family and offer to borrow it to them should they ever need it when I'm not using it. The price was very reasonable. I'm so glad I bought it.
