I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but she used it for 3 months and it worked great! She was able to get a hold of me even when I was not in the home. This is a great product. The only downfall in my eyes is it needs WiFi to work. As long as the button is in the range and hooked up to WiFi the button can reach you and ring your phone even if you are in another town. It was easy to hook up and we were able to hook it to multiple cell devices to be notified. The notification tone is pretty loud and I had no problem hearing it in the middle of the night. I would recommend to others. Review: Would not recommend. Unreliable and/or delayed notification. - 1/10 do not recommend SOS button only alerts when (a) the app is open and running on the recipient's phone and (b) your account is "logged in" on it.
