Easy-Going 8 Pieces Recliner Couch Stretch Sofa Slipcover ASH Rose

I have several covers from Easy-Going. I took a look at my orders, and most of my pieces are 4 years old! I use them on couches that get a lot of wear and tear from big dogs, cats, and humans. They get washed a few times a year, and still look good. SO I was considering putting a recliner back in storage. I had a recliner tucked away in a closet that I pulled out for use in another room, decided against it, and was about to put it back in closet when I decided to incorporate it into my family room with rest of (Easy-Going covered) furniture. The color is pretty, and the chair is in great condition, but I wanted it to be same color as rest of furniture. I figured I would look to see if this brand has a cover for recliners. I wanted to go with this brand as my experience has been very good in terms of look, ease of use, and quality. Happy to see that they do, so I ordered it without looking at any other brand. My recliner is basic. This fits well. Plenty of stretch. Not sure how big a chair can be, but I would say there is plenty of stretch to this material, and it stays in place. There are four pieces. One piece for each arm, once piece for seat/leg rest and one piece the back portion. Comes with instructions that I didnt seen until after I was done, oops. I initially put the back piece on the right way, then I took it off and switched it around. Works in either way, but as of this moment I have it on backwards. Which probably explains why I have some extra material in the back. Dont be afraid to really get your hands into the recliner (I mean, be careful of course). This material can be manipulated to work down in and will stay in place. How well it attached to the back size near the feet will depend on shape of the chair. I like that it includes a pocket on left side of chair. Hole for right side of chair recliner handle seems to be well situated. Plenty of stretch to make it work. Holds onto the foot rest very well. Everything is covered. It works! I'm going with 5 stars at this time. It is close to perfect. I think we all have to accept some wiggle room in this regard. We are all not using it on the same exact chair, but I bet most of us are able to make it work. If it is like any of the other pieces I have from this company, I expect it to last a very long time. If it doesnt, I will be back to update.

The slipcover was delivered this morning and within 15 minutes of opening the box it was on the recliner. Calling it the “Easy-Going Recliner Stretch Slipcover” is an understatement. Putting it on the recliner was effortless. The 4 piece slipcover is well made with a medium weight waffle weave stretch fabric. When assembled the look is seamless. Also not to overlook an important point - it’s very, very affordable. Time will tell on its wearability. It’ll be seeing a lot of use it’s everyone’s favorite chair.

I ordered two of these -- one in orange, and one in teal. I opened and put on the orange first. It was easy to put on the chair and the provided instructions were clear. I appreciate that the four pieces were labeled and it was easy to determine what piece went where and what side was the front vs back or inside vs outside. The color for both also matched the online images. I will say I have old La-Z-Boy recliners from the 00s that are still in great shape, but they might be a slightly different model from what these were made for. For one, the back comes off my recliners, and in order to assemble the covers correctly, I had to pull off the back and then pull the arm covers down over the tracks the back slides into. Because of this, it actually pulls the fabric and made tiny holes in the fabric of that area, which I realized when I pulled the back off again to make an adjustment. It doesn't seem like it'll rip further, and you can't see the holes as they're covered by the chair, but it's a bummer they did rip right away. Secondly, my chair is just a bit too big for the seat cover -- it ends up gapping on the sides of the foot recliner piece and exposing the chair underneath. For me personally, it's not the end of the world, but definitely be aware if you have an older chair. Also, the teal one I received came used. It was literally still in the UPS return packaging from about a month and a half before I ordered it. It was also covered in what looked like white pet hairs and had a few dirty spots. My cats seemed very interested in smelling it when I first took it out too so I'm guessing it was in fact pet hair. I'm exchanging for what I hope is a new one, but it was disappointing to know that the one received had clearly been used and returned, and I now have to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one to show up. Overall, I'm pleased with the product itself, and it was easy to put on my chair -- though it is a bit small for the specific chairs I have. I'm also disappointed that I received a returned item for one of them, though that's more an Amazon warehouse issue than a fault of the product itself. I'd recommend, but if you have an older chair anyway, know that it might not fit snug.

10/10 fit! I got size large for an ugly brown leather recliner and it covered beautifully and took me fifteen minutes. The hardest part was getting it to stretch over the wooden feet bc it was a touch too short but because the fabric stretches so well, it worked eventually. I bought light grey and with this snug fit and the light color, it actually looks like an upholstered chair and not some cheap cover. I’m really impressed!! Don’t worry if your chair measures an inch or two bigger than the size you are choosing because it does stretch a lot! If you go up a size it will be baggy and look shabby. I chose large, knowing my chair back was two inches wider than the measurements of a large cover because if I had gone with the XL it would look loose/baggy

We have used, mismatched furniture acquired from various different places and points in our life. And we have pets and kids, who proceed to destroy the furniture. As a result, all our couches and recliners were stained, ripped, and smelly. I was embarrassed and constantly covering them with blankets or sheets. THESE ARE A GODSEND. Now all of our furniture matches, and doesn't just look like we tossed matching sheets over everything. These actually fit like a glove and make our furniture look brand new!!!! I am amazed at how well they look. We had two recliners (one small, one large and puffy), and one high-back love seat recliner. I bought FOUR of these (two for the recliners, and two for the reclining love seat). It's a TAD baggy on the small recliner, but it's really a very small recliner. It still makes it look 1000 times better. It fit like a GLOVE on the puffy large recliner, and makes it look like it is brand new. But the reclining love seat is the winner. That couch went from looking like hell's dumpster to a brand new miracle. Not baggy, perfectly snug, and just awesome. These cover so much you can't even tell it's a slipcover. HINT: For the double recliner/love seat, I got two covers, and just didn't use one arm of each one. Amazing transformation. PROS: Easy to install after reading the instructions. Soft. I like that I can take them off and wash them if needed. I love the elastic loops that can be attached to the underside springs to help keep it on there. There is a pocket on the right arm, and a hole on the left arm for the recliner lever. Pieces are easily labeled so you know what goes where. CONS: Really can't think of any cons! I recommend these to everyone and I'm so happy I found them. And they come in so many colors, you're bound to find one that works with your decor. You will not be disappointed with these covers!

I ordered this recliner slipcover for a chair that was in perfect shape and is a great color for our room. The main reason I ordered it was because although our chair's fabric is a great color and is in perfect shape, it is a bear to keep clean. It has a nubby texture that has a death grip on any speck of lint you get on it. Being a navy color lint shows very easily. Vacuuming the lint is not an easy task as most of the time you end up hand picking it off the fabric and placing it down the vacuum hose while it's on. One day I decided I'm tired of doing that so I chose this particular cover because of the color and because I have several things made from this type of fabric and I knew what it was and I like it well enough. I did notice before ordering that this is a "frequently returned item" and I think I can understand why. Although I have decided to keep it, this slipcover is not for everyone. First, my chair is on the small side and I ordered the large size, not the extra large size. When I tried fitting the first piece which is the back cover on the chair I thought I am going to have to return it because there was no way I was going to get the back to go down to the bottom of the chair like it shows in the website pictures. I would call that false advertising. The first photo I posted is of my chair without the slipcover. The second photo is of my chair after I put the back piece on. The chair is tilted over on it's front side so I could work with the back side. You can plainly see that this cover only comes down half as far as depicted on the Amazon. You can also see the difference in color which is no fault of the slipcover and while I may prefer the color of my original chair, I'm happy to have found this bluestone color. I debated on ordering a navy color but was afraid it would be too dark. While my chair is more of a navy color, it's a light navy or what I like to call a cadet blue. The last photo is my chair after struggling to get the slipcover on and looking halfway decent. I guess it will do. I know this fabric will be easier to vacuum so that's a plus. Now instead of hand picking the lint off the chair, I can struggle with putting the slipcover back in place! Be aware that because the back side of the chair is so unsightly, that this slipcover will only work if your chair is up against a wall or in a small corner of the room like mine. You will not be happy if the back of your chair shows in your floor plan.

I love the fabric; it is cozy & add a polished look to this small area. I actually don't have a recliner...modified to fit extra large chairs. My grandson assisted with placing them for me. I odered charcoal gray...very pleased with this purchase. Two people with patience can make this fit properly.

I'm so happy with this seat cover, we bought a 2nd hand chair which is lovely and comfy but has an ink stain on it, after trying to clean it off, we decided to get a chair cover, i love that it comes in 4 pieces for different sections of the chair and even has a slot for the handle for the recliner. It's very easy to put on (it literally has within the label which part of the chair to put it on)- The colour is nice too and it just makes the chair look brand new. Very pleased and it will be easy to wash too!
