Yes, provided that drink won't contain calcium (eg. milk) which could interfere with magnesium absorption.

Can I give more than 2 tablets?

We selected the dose of 50mg magnesium per tablet / 100mg per 2 tablets based on Adequate Intake of magnesium for children 4+ years old. Increasing this dose will increase the chance of excessive magnesium and can cause increased bowel movements.
