The description says 25' cable??? what type of connector does it have? does it have the same connector as the mt830cw...a barrel connector?

Yes same as the non-TH version. Custom 4-pin bayonet A-T connector. 25' cable would be dumb - it's meant for a body pack. Estimate 4' without digging one out to measure....

Does it work with 4Kvideo cameras? And is it connected by a headphone jack?

Good Morning, I would be glad to help if I can. The only 4k video I do is with the Black Magic. I use an external audio recorder with the Audio-technica MT830 and blend it in at post production. This works just wonderful and has great tone and clarity. We probably use the mic more with 1080 as most of our interviews are done in HD or 2.7K. This is really one of best clip on mic's we use. I do not think you can go wrong with audio-technica. We have about 10 of their systems in one confirmation or another.

Is feedback a big issue with the MT830cW mic?

It is a very directional lapel mic. When using it as a clip-on lapel, you have to face the microphone element out. For face-worn applications it is usable without lots of feedback but again the directional element is difficult. It makes a great lapel mic, but is a low output microphone.
