I no longer use this product. However, the two main ingredients are mineral oil and petrolatum, along with fragrance and dyes. If you conduct an internet search, you can find out the exact list of ingredients for this product.

Q: how often do you need to apply this?

Hello. I apply it whenever I wash my hair. It helps keep my scalp pretty moist for several days afterwards. I hope this helps.

Q: Would this work good for dry ends? I am having a hard time with the ends of my daughter's hair staying dry and frizzy.

It does well for my dry hair. Oil my scalp and hair and brush it through. Occasionally I get my ends trimmed at the hairdresser.
