Q: Will these fit an Isla cnoc 14 bike?

I purchased these. They look flash but I had to return them as they didn't offer enough adjustment. They sat either too high or too low. I then purchased Oxford Kids' Universal Stabiliser Set for Bikes-Black, 12-20-Inch which don't look as glitzy but are well made and I'm guessing will fit most bikes as they are very adjustable.

Q: 2 x Locking Nuts did not come with the pack as described

No nuts and 4 bolts. Don't bother buying this product
