Excellent book and nice and compact, which is great to take with you for the travels.

This is a great book I’ve learned more about astral projection and methods to connect with higher spirit beings and ones self. He shares some personal experiences in there as well which is thoughtful and it definitely gives you somewhat of an idea of what may happen for you. If anyone wants to learn how to astral project and get in tune with other higher spiritual beings and yourself I suggest getting this book.

This book may be small but it comes packed with a wealth of information. After about 30 minutes of reading it, I found myself lying on my back attempting to "jump" into my astral or light body. This book gets straight to the point with tangible results and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in astral projecting.

In this little gem, Arundell shares his personal experiences throughout his many years in the occult. Arundell is no armchair magician and he speaks from personal experiences of his astral journeys. The book is a quick read and that is just perfect. If interested in the topic of astral projection, this little gem can be read in 2 hours or less. Arundell speaks of his experiences with the Golden Dawn, DJ Conway and Al Ghoul methods of projection. He even speaks of his success sleeping in a coffin over the weekend...taking breaks for a p*ss and then going back in again...this led to remarkable out of body experiences. I do not think sleepin in a coffin is for everyone, but he also shares tried and proven methods of travelling in the spirit body. This book will definitely wet the taste buds and the info is first hand from someone that actually practices what he preaches :-)

I really enjoy this book. It explain how this author his experiences with astral Projection Gives an idea what it could be if you tried .Can not wait to buy his other books..
