This mirror works perfectly! And I knew there was an issue with the software when I got it but there is a post on Reddit that solved the issue so quick. It’s heavy as heck so be prepared for that otherwise it works great and is 1/4 the cost of others! Get it!

SAFETY HAZARD/ Serious design flaws/ DEFECTIVE model:- 1 dumbbell weights fall off as lock is not secure; my GF smashed her foot 2 touchscreen light never goes off; machine wakes up on its own; big problem in a small Manhattan apt – can’t sleep with the darned thing on 3 certain onscreen functionality doesn’t work eg cant subs to classes; website requires multiple IDs & logins which also don’t work then have to call CS 4 cannot forward/ rewind 5 annoying music on top of trainers who cant stop talking 6 price fell $100 within days of my purchase but neither amzn nor seller refunded the difference 7 so heavy to transport & install up to the 32nd fl I’d to pay $100 just to have handyman assemble it 8 CS is abysmal - they hang up on you. they give you the run around. TROUBLE installing the new device which does not recognize the online acct. CS is a disaster. device is a monster - too heavy - cannot install easily nor do they send ppl like peloton does. just dump it & take off.

This is a nice fitness mirror with tons of videos to train by. It doesn't take up a lot of space and was pretty easy to put together. Even though the instructions suggest having 2 people to put it together I was able to do it by myself. The weights are basic and yes if you are not an amateur you will need some additional weights. For beginners it may be a little challenging to watch your form as opposed to the trainer.

Unless you have a crane or dolly to get this item into your home, DO NOT PURCHASE. It is much heavier than it appears. For this reason, I could not get the item into my home and so I had to return it. I was sent a shipping label that can’t even ship a letter, and was told that in order to return the item I had to create a UPS label on my own, which I then had to schedule a pickup with UPS for a driver to pick up the oversized item. As you can imagine, that was a $193 charge for the label + $15 pick up fee, only b/c I’m one state over. To top it off, the seller deducted $165 from my refund claiming restocking fee when my item was never opened. After numerous chats and emails, Amazon finally reimbursed the shipping charge. However, I’m still out $180 (pick up fee + seller restocking fee) for an item I couldn’t even use and couldn’t even lay my eyes on. Steer clear unless you’re sure you will keep this item!!! The fees will be endless. Shame on this seller!

I found the assembly of the product to be slightly difficult because of the weight of the exercise mirror (about 140 pounds). It is hard to manipulate. That turned out to be easier than getting the mirror to work. Without a post I found on Pinterest, that would never have happened. Apparently the software the product automatically installs when it updates is flawed and will not work correctly. Why haven't they updated the software to let customers avoid this problem? The Pinterest post allowed to force another update that let the mirror work. I do like the mirror so I only deducted a single star. It took about three hours to get it to work.

It works great. It did have a hiccup in the beginning after the first few uses. I had to call ifit and they helped fix it right away. Now it works wonderfully. I ended up buying at more than half off. So, it was a good buy for my wife's birthday present.

Item weighs over 150 pounds and is delivered via UPS. The entire mirror is cracked, and the seller accepted my return and sent a USPS return label. The post office has no means to pick up and return this package. Seller has yet to respond to amazons request regarding this return. Be careful buying this product!!!

I have a NordicTrack treadmill and bike (Very happy with it and with the Ifit app.)Now I bought the Proform Vue. Connecting with a Ifit family membership.My phone has numerous yoga programs, and on the Vue, I can connect only with 4.So I don't know what the reason is exercises are extremely limited.
