Just what my 1926 home needed but a little pricey.
My house was built in 1926. This item was the right fit, though seems a little pricey, but I had no other options. I could not find it at Lowes but did not check Home Depot for availability.

Brass not plastic

Good Faucet - missing parts
Missing the big nut that holds the faucet in place and I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. This was new construction so I didn't have the old one to swap it out and this is not a part that hardware stores carry (I looked) because it always comes with the faucet. Tell your wife THIS is the reason you keep that old broken faucet up on the shelf in the garage. Luckily I did which got the job done. Faucet doesn't leek and otherwise works good.
